This Refund Policy explains how payments are refunded for canceled or returned orders placed through Nabil.

1. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation before preparation.

  • Product unavailability after order confirmation.

  • Approved return requests.

  • Payment processing errors.

2. Refund Method

  • Online Payments:
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–14 business days, depending on the payment provider’s policies.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders:
    Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or credited to the customer’s in-app wallet, subject to applicable procedures.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Delivery fees may not be refundable in the following situations:

  • Refusal to receive the order without valid reason.

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between the merchant and the customer, Nabil will act as a mediator to facilitate a fair resolution in accordance with applicable laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
